PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the October 8th, 2026 and December 10th, 2026 Tri-Municipal Sewer Commission meetings will be changed to October 7th, 2026 and December 9th, 2026 respectively. The meetings will be held at the Tri-Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant, 345 Sheafe Road, Wappingers Falls, NY at 9:00 A.M.
The TMSC concept was formalized and submitted to the U.S. EPA for consideration in March 1981 with the intent to serve a Tri Municipal Sewer Improvement Area (TMSIA) and to do so in the most cost effective and environmentally sound manner.
The Commission was formed in June 1987 under provisions of existing state code, and consisted of three (3) initial member municipalities. The Commission provides wastewater treatment for each of its member municipalities in areas designated by their governing board that may be serviced within their jurisdiction.
